Still new with Splash Direct Sales, but Ma'am Glenda Pingol, its GM, allowed me and my husband to enjoy Bali, Indonesia--and for free! Bali is the place of the gods or "dewata." The Balinese are extremely spiritist people, their houses are sometimes smaller than their so-called family temples. Almost 20% of the commercial land area of Denpasar, Bali is used for temples, even banks and government buildings do have a certain space for a temple.
The Balinese are not just "very Buddhist," they are also very artistic, their city is literally filled with idols and other works of art.
Our problem with our Bali trip was the foods served. I desire that the Balinese chefs would study Filipino cuisines for them to understand the meaning of the word "masarap" or delicious.
In fairness, I love Bali. I love their progressive island-province. Of course, I was so glad that Ma'am Glenda, with the support of Splash's big boss, Dr. Rolando Hortaleza, invited me to join with the elite group of Splash Direct Sales at Bali, Indonesia.
Folks, in the world of direct sales, free travel is norm. Join with us.

How to Make Money with Direct Sales Industry?
The Direct Sales Solution
There are a few who are going into direct sales even though they don't understand at first what is it. I am one of them. I joined Avon in 1984, when I was still unmarried, then went with other direct sales companies also until now. In my own family, direct sales in our economic solution. Say goodbye to employment and yes to direct sales if it is in your blood to sell and sell.
How to Make Money with Direct Sales?
In the Philippines, direct selling is the easiest way to start and build a business of your own. What I did was simple: I joined with Avon, Natasha, MSE, Splash, Tupperware, Sundance and other companies. But I started with just one way back in 2001, that is, Natasha. My Avon in 1984 did not last after 5 years, since I shifted to cash business. In 2001 I returned to direct selling via Natasha, one of the best in this industry, at least in the Philippines. Now I am with other companies also.
My direct sales principle is simple: be believable to your customers and agents or dealers. I served my customers satisfactorily, shared the business opportunity with them until they learned to believe in me and to follow my footsteps. Consequently, my network of direct sellers grew.
Why Did My Network of Direct Sellers Follow Me?
First off, I want to make it clear that only few followed me, more so at the outset. Then, I became a consistent Top Seller. My performance in sales was my main ingredient in organizing dealers. Dealers will not follow a failure, so to speak. The handful who followed me became my core group. I promoted them. Today, most of them are as successful as I am.
The other main thing why did direct sellers join with my organization was that I was able to develop a system where my dealers see me as stable and that my direct-sales organization is worthy to be trusted for the long haul.
What is this system? Well, it is a computer software which my family developed that addresses efficiently the concerns of the dealers, from a well-presented purchases and payments data to a very reliable statement of accounts.
Earn Money Only After a Long While
Earning money with direct sales is less quicker than perhaps with the other forms of business. The network/recruit-based direct sales method (also known as the binary type) is faster in terms of ROI, but in the Philippines, it is sad that it is tainted with one scam after the other.
In the traditional direct sales which I belong, ROI doesn't happen overnight. Once you have established your name already, that is the time you'll be chased after by different companies, and that is the time you'll enjoy a fat credit line too, and a much longer credit term.
To the newbies in this industry, I mean, the dealer/agent side, it is more trial and error. Some companies supplied their people with do's and dont's. Those who will continue on however, for decades as in my case, are a different breed of people, namely: flexible to the needs of the market, gift-givers to their performing dealers/agents, always excited and enthusiastic, appreciate having an endless payable to the company-source, positive-minded, resilience, frugal, and super risk takers.
Someone has well said that after establishing her own direct sales business, she earned in one month the salary of a Filipino teacher like herself for one year. There is money and financial freedom with direct sales, but you need not be in a big hurry. Really, it takes time to grow a good and stable business. And yes, it is no different with regards to building your own direct-selling business. "Direct selling," to borrow from the words of a certain General Manager, "is always a matter of time."
